The Eveline MacLaren Lecture |
The Eveline MacLaren lecture will be delivered by Lynda
Clark, Baroness Clark of Calton QC.
Baroness Clark holds degrees from the
Universities of Dundee and Edinburgh. She is currently a judge of the Court of
Session in Scotland.
Event Details:
Lady Clark of Calton will discuss some of the circumstances in which Courts
make decisions about doctors, medical decision making and medical treatment. She
will also look at the ways in which Courts depend upon and use the evidence of
doctors in order to reach a legal decision.
